For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us at hello@skyetides.com. Our team will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

That doesn't mean you're taking the risk on yourself. If you're not happy with your product within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full — no need to send anything back. Just reach out to our support team at hello@skyetides.com and we'll take care of it.
